1. There are 5 houses in 5 different colors, all in a row
2. in each house lives a different person with a different nationality.
3. these 5 people drink a certain bevergae, smoke a certain brand of cigar and keep a certain pet.
4. no person has the same pet, smokes the same cigar, or drinks the same beverage.
5. The question is : WHO OWNS THE FISH?
6. There is only one answer and it's all logical
7. You also have to tell me what each person drinks, what color house they live in, what pet they have, what they smoke, and their nationality.

a. The brit. lives in the red house
b.the swede has a dog
c. the dane drinks tea
d. the green house is left of the white house
e. the green house owner drinks coffee
f. the person who smokes PALLMALL has a bird
g. the owner of the yellow house smokes DUNHILL
h.the man living in the center house drinks milk
i. the Norweigian lives in the first house
j. the man who smkoes belnds lives next to the cat ownwer
k.the man who owns a horse lives next to the one who smkoes DUNHILL
l. the man who smokes BLUEMASTER drinks beer
m. the german smokes PRINCE
n. The norweigian lives next to the blue house
o. the man who smokes BLENDS has a neighbor who drinks water

I think I got it!Okay I think the answer is that the German owns the fish.
Norweigian: drinks water, lives in the yellow house, smokes Dunhill and has a cat
Dane: drinks tea, lives in the blue house, smokes Blends, and has a horse
Brit.:drinks milk,lives in the red house, smokes Pallmall, and has a bird
German:drinks coffee, lives in the green house, smokes Prince and has a fish
Swed.:drinks beer,lives in the white house, smokes Bluemaster, and has a dog...
Okay I have no idea if im right so please tell me.

omg! My dad gave me this thing about a year ago and I did figure it out! But I forget... I had a table and stuff to help me though. Without tables, I am completely helpless when it comes to these kind of riddles.

We used to have to do those in school a few years back. I would sit there and try to figure them out til my head hurt! Never did figure them out though...hmph!

and if you eat it you'll die?

The funny thing bout this riddle is that it was given to college students that go to Yale or Harvard or some really smart college like that and 87% got it wrong.Its not as hard as yours but its still fun to do...
