Default Did anyone like when Jack told Mr. Furley in the finale...

that he was no longer gay right before moving out of the apartment? Or would you have preferred he told Mr. Furley it was a lie, he was never gay?

I always wondered why Jack just didn't tell Mr. Furley in the final episode that he was never gay, for him to be forthright. But yet, I liked the fact that he pretended to no longer be gay and give Mr. Furley the "credit" of making him realize Jack could be a ladies' man. I found it sooo cute and funny how Mr. Furley said, "Damn!" like a proud father...he turned Jack around.

I liked the way he did it. He made Furley feel special. It was sweet.

Yea I liked the way he did it too. If he would have told him the truth Mr. Furley would have felt like a fool.

Furley would have felt worse about himself and if his brother found out Furley might loose his job.

He had already told Furley he wasn't gay but he didn't believe him and that probably would have been the case in the Finale

I agree. I still get choked up thinking about it. It was such a bittersweet moment for all of them. I also still can't believe that john is gone. Speaking of which, 'Entertainment Tonite' was suppose to have a continuating segment on the death of John and it was bumped off That really ticks me off! And I get the feeling it was bumped off due to that stupid story they had on Star Jones. Who cares about her!
