For all the old school rap fans out there, here's a bunch of censored videos from the very underrated DJ Quick. Some of the videos are the typical modern rap crap of half naked models, who have probably never even stepped foot in the ghetto dancing around, but the music is really good!!! This is the rap music I grew up on!!!

a lot of my favorite songs are from the 50's and 60's so they don't have music video's. I will try to find concert performances or something like that

Just got done listening to everything, and that was some really good stuff!!! That Anita Baker performance was great!! I hadn't heard any of her music for years, but now I'm definitely in the mood to check up all my old favorites of hers. The Vickie Winans one didn't work too well for me. The volume was messed up, so I could barely hear it. That Dreamgirls performance was amazing!!! I had never heard, or seen anything from that Broadway play, and so it was definitely a cool treat. It's really long, but after you watch it, you realize it was worth the wait. Just an amazing and passionate performance for sure!!!

Thanks again for posting those videos James. I really did enjoy them!!! Awesome stuff!!

I love 50's, 60's, and 70's music. That would be really cool to have some oldies in this thread. I know youtube has quite a bit of oldies like Chicago, The Beach Boys, etc. You might be able to find some of the music you like there.

Great music, everybody!!

I never seen this before, until today. It's a live performance video of one of my favorite 70's songs: The Manhattans-Kiss and Say Goodbye

A song I could never get sick of:Monica-Don't Take It Personal

I LOVE these:

Pat Benatar-Promises In The Dark

Tupac-Dear Mama

Reasons (Live)-Earth, Wind & Fire

Love it, and I can relate to it big time!! Candlebox-You

Ahh music... I'm in love.

Default Awesome Idea Little Mel

I can see this thread taking off big time, I can live without TV but never Music

Lita Ford and Ozzy Osbourne, one of the greatest power ballads ever this is in my top 5.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4IFas...ch=lita%20ford

Dream On - Aerosmith

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJslH...rch=dream%20on

One thing - Finger Eleven

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hMn5U...thing%20finger

Only God knows Why - Kid Rock

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xgzxW...%20knows%20why

One of my all time Favorites ! Freddie wrote and performed this song from his hospital bed while dying of HIV/AIDS. The hospice was called "Heaven" and thus the last album he ever produced was "Made in Heaven"

Too much love will kill you - Queen

Good top 5!! I really like the Lita Ford and Ozzy Osbourne, and especially the Kid Rock! I agree, there's no way I could live without music.

Two more of my favs.

I'm not too big on country, but I've liked this song since I was little, I don't know why, I just like it.

Buenas Noches From A Lonely Room-Dwight Yoakam

I love this song, although it is a reminder of my uncle Joey. He passed away from alcoholism, which is what the song is about. It's sad to hear sometimes. Concrete Blonde-Joey
