Default Phylicia in "Into The Woods"

I found this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KsFx5835Qrg

She plays the witch. I thought it was interesting to see her doing this, she's very talented.

I agree, she is very talented. Did you know they're bringing the revival of A Raisin in the Sun to film? She starred in that on Broadway in 2004 and I'm pretty sure the whole cast is reprising their roles. Well at least Phylicia, Audra, Sanaa and, (ugh) Sean Combs are.
Noooooo, not pdiddy....God say it isn't so? Why doesn't Phylica use her pull and KICK HIM TO THE CURB???????????

Wait, with the $$$$ and "pull" that Phylicia and her sister (whom I adore) have, why go to HIM?????

Getting back on topic, Thanks for the clip. That's interesting to see since I've never seen her on stage before.

Bernadette Peters had left the show and Phylicia was her replacement and so she got to do the Tony Awards.

I remember hearing something about the film, should be good. Everyone is very talented, except P Diddy.

I hadn't heard any of the reviews, but I knew he couldn't have been good. That role is not an easy one to play and I know P Diddy struggled through that.

A side note, Debbie Allen was in the musical version of Raisin in the Sun called Raisin.

That's why I take advantage of people who make bootlegs and such I know that's wrong, but it's the only way I'd see alot of the performances.
Thanx for the info. I know you know a helluva a lot abt Phylicia and her work. I love her and her sister. It's the "Claire" i cannot stand...many here know that!!!

Debbie Allen is so cute and adorable. I loved her when she was in charge of A Different World. Especially her appearance as the therapist that she played. I just love her.

You're not the only one that feels that way about Clair, as you well know.

Debbie did amazing things with ADW, she totally turned that show around. I saw the video of the Hot Feet opening, where her daughter Vivian was making her Broadway debut, (of course the whole family was there) and at one point while they were in somewhat of an interview, Debbie almost started crying... she was so proud... it was so cute. Made me
OH WOW, her daughter is in the business too? that is great. She was sooo proud of her daughter? I bet she is. That is nice to hear. Yeah, she did turn that show around. It was great once Lisa was removed and the focus shifted to Dwayne and Whitley. She did justice to that show.

I know how you feel abt the Claire character!!!! Hee hee hee hee
