Because I have really really creepy dreams that make no sense and tonight I'm going to go to sleep and have more creepy dreams.

just think of raindrops and roses and whiskers on kittens, and that's what you'll dream about; unless of course that's your idea of creepy.

Just dream about Green Day, hell, if you like them enough to make a username inspired by a song, then their niiiiiiiiice.

or you could think about kitties and blah. or pie. everyone loves pie.

Actually not thinking about it increases the chance of you dreaming about it, my advice THINK ABOUT IT, go to sleep and think about it and I gaurantee you wont dream about it. It works for me all the time! You have no idea how many exorcist dreams I've escaped with this technique.

I have read that if you sleep with an image, a photo, a Oracle card, a Tarot card, whatever, under your pillow it can inspire lucid dreams. I have tested this one and have found it to be quite accurate in dream control.
