I feel like crap and I wish I had friends and I wish the summer was over so I could go back to school and join Cross Country and win something. Life sucks for me and everyone else has a good life.

I can understand how you feel too. There's someone I want to be friends with very, very much, but I've no idea how to go about it, and if something doesn't happen soon, I may run out of time to become friends. I just WISH something would happen.

im kind of bummed too my 35th birthday is coming up and no matter how hard i try i just cant get past the being 35 and thinking that im too old to sttill do some of the things that i still enjoy doing i know that it sounds like im whineing and maybe i am and but im worried because i just cant get past this and ive never felt this way before i know its not as major as what some of the other members of so are going through right now and thats why i dont like to bother anybody here with this but i sure could use some cheering up right now too

Yeah, I'm feeling down these days, too. The summer seems to be kind of dull and boring so far. Besides seeing the film "Click", the only fun thing I've done recently is get a haircut. Not exactly a super exciting life.

To anyone who is feeling depressed I want to say that last year I was ultra depressed. It just seemed that everything was going wrong for me. I was half out of my mind most of the time. I managed to offend quite a few of my friends. However, this year has been so much better. Sure, there are still bad day, but you have to take the bad with the good. My point is that no matter how bad you might be feeling today, you never know what tomorrow will bring.

Trust me (original poster), you're not the only one. I've been going around saying how my life is over because I can't seem to get a job and I hate my current one. I cry almost everyday over it because it seems so easy for everyone else but me. Probably not....but I haven't seen any other evidence from people.

Hang in there, stay strong, I suggest trying to make new friends, that what I did when I went to my mom's best friends apartment complex, I actually made like 5 friends there.

Maybe you can try a summer camp? That might help you get some friends over the summer.
