Missing girl from PA? (Can't remember her name) - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Wondering about an update for this case: Was on somewhat recently, a young girl, I believe from Pennsylvania (took notice of it because that's where I live), mysertiousley vanished. The girl had been playing outside, and her mother had been watching, but the mother had gone inside and when she was back the kid was gone. What made the case interesting was that people suspected that the mother gave the kid up to someone else (she denies it.) Apparently, a witness had seen a young girl given to strangers in a parking lot, and the mother was suspected (but this was never proven). Does anyone remember this case?
