Not sure if anyone would be interested in this. I was watching the movie Mumford this weekend and Unsolved Mysteries made a cameo. They actually worked it into the story in a pretty interesting way. The movie itself was so-so

It's not surprising to me that UM had a cameo in Mumford. I think it will be remembered as one of the hallmarks of American pop culture for the late 1980's and early 1990's. I know that I've discussed Robert Stack's cameo in BASEketball before.
Anyone know of any other UM cameos in pop culture? |

Didn't Robert Stack do commercials for Pizza Hut? Seems like he was wearing a trenchcoat and talking about some "mysterious" offer.

Well I do know Stack used to do spots for Maaco (auto service centers). I still remember him saying "If you don't know....you better get Maaco." Stack's delivery of that line was alot like his deliveries on UM.

That's what I loved about Robert Stack. He didn't take himself too seriously...

One only has to see Airplane to see that Stack a great sense of humor and comedic timing.

Don't forget about Caddyshack II. The movie is a piece of crap, but Stack is awesome in it.

I recall he also lent his smooth vocal stylings to a King of the Hill episode a few years back as well.

In addition to the Beavis and Butt-Head movie, Stack also made a guest appearance or two on Mike Judge's King of the Hill.
I also loved his appearance in Airplane. Him and Peter Graves rocked

I have yet to see his cameo in BASEketball...heard great things about it, though.
