I need some advice

My best friend and I are INSEPARABLE. Literally. We don't go more than three hours a day without seeing each other. I'm always at her house, or she's always at my house (and our houses are less than a minute drive away from each other).
A couple of months ago, she met this guy. And from the moment I saw him, I didn't like him. He was just all bs and all talk. And needless to say, I wasn't too fond of him.
They've gotten closer and closer in the past couple of months. They've gone on one date and at this point, are "defining their relationship."
But to me, it seems like he's always trying to create a rift between the two of us. And he's always trying to control every situation, making sure it goes his way. And his way usually means not including me.
I don't think he's too fond of the fact that I'm always with them because he knows I don't think he's the guy for my best friend.
Anyway. Last night, there was a party my friend went to and she was planning on drinking. Soooo. I was supposed to pick her up. But then he decided he was going to pick her up, and wouldn't come get me. I was really worried about her because she had some alcohol, her first time, and I wanted to be there. But he wouldn't come get me (and he owes me too, cause I've done him too many favors).
I was pissed off at him and even told my best friend that I didn't want to see him. She wanted to go get breakfast at three in the morning, so we went to dennys (and I told her I didn't want to see him, especially since I feel awkward/uncomfortable around both of them).
And we get there...and he starts asking me what's wrong and why am I pissed. And I had to leave the restaurant twice to cool down. And my best friend didn't even say anything to make him stop, when she KNEW I didn't want to talk.
And I hate this guy. I really do. And I've told her before, but she doesn't seem to think I'm right.
Sorry if this turned into a drama-filled rant, but do you guys think I have a reason to be mad? I don't know what to say to make her realize this guy is not good for her...any ideas?

I'm sorry that you are having this problem. I wish I had some advice for you but I'm not really good at giving out advice when it comes to relationships. I do hope that everything works out for you.

To me it seems like your a bit jealous that your friends is now spending time with her boyfriend and he's kinda taking over your spot in your friends life.

Just step aside and she'll finally see what you see eventually, especially if he's a big jerk. He'll end up doing something that will piss her off. But right now she's too blinded to see what you see. So just wait, in due time she'll see him for what he really is.

You have a reason to be pissed/upset but not mad. Its' not up to you to pick whose right for her, it's something shes got to realize on her own.

I'm not jealous at all, I'm happy if she's happy, but with someone who doesn't treat her like sh** sometimes. He's a big jerk to her and has done stuff in the past to hurt her, both accidentally and on purpose. But she forgives and forgets too easily and goes back on her word and ends up liking him again. I just don't understand why she can do that, if he makes or does things to her to make her feel like crap. ?

Maybe she has low self-esteem and thinks whatever he does is right because she's afraid of losing him?

I think that's a definite possibility. She went through a rough time at the beginning of this year (rough breakup with a bf she had a three year relationship with) so this could be a self esteem booster. But she's gorgeous and has an amazing personality that she can easily have any guy, any NICE guy, that she wants.
