Who is Wanda (Ernesta Mensah)? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I've come across several places where it lists Ernesta Mensah as a main cast member of KoQ. Supposedly she plays a woman named Wanda. I am a die-hard fan of KoQ and have seen just about every episode, and NEVER heard of a Wanda! Anybody know if she's even in there, and if so, which episode?

She's the dispatcher at IPS. We've never seen her, only heard her voice.
I know for sure she can be heard on "Santa Claustrophobia", among others...

She works at IPS as the dispatcher. According to Carrie, she's 400 LBS. and never leaves her chair.

That doesn't hold true in real life as she's skinny and attractive.

I was wondering the same thing. Other than the whole "400 lbs...of fun!" thing, I don't remember any mention of her.
