Its not season 1. The DVD only features about 4 episodes from the show.

Disney never release entire season sets, only indvidual volumes featuring 4 or 5 episodes. Sorry :\

Why?

I'm starting to really hate Disney now! There's no way I'm gonna give them $15.00 for 4 episodes! I guess I'll just buy them on itunes!

I don't know, they just never do it. The closest they came to releasing a season set was when they released a box set of Lizzie McGuire. But it was just a box set of the previous 5 volumes released, not a full season set.

They said last year that a That's So Raven season set was in the works but it appears that the idea has been scrapped

Actually, Lizzie McGuire: Box Set Volume 1 contains the first 22 episodes of the series, and I believe it was Disney's plan to release the entire series in 3 sets. I guess sales weren't very good, because that set was released almost 2 years ago and there's no word on any more. (I blame Disney for charging $49.99 MSRP for a show targeted at a tween audience...I figured it was doomed from the start)
