I think this has become my favorite episode of Night Court. Most of you know how much I love John Larroquette(hence the avatar, LOL) and his character Dan Fielding. I guess I love this episode because it shows the TRUE character of Dan. He's so warm and loving in this episode, it actually brings tears to my eyes. I think the writers added real depth to his character in this episode, and helped people to see him in a different light.
What do you guys think? |

It's the day of the runoff election between Dan and Joan Hopson. Dan meets his opponent for the first time and sparks fly.

Sorry to seem abrasive here (Is there a time I'm not?), but since when is the "true" Dan Fielding a soft, loving, sappy romantic puppy dog?
Dan Fielding at heart is a harsh, perverted, insulting, power-and-money lusting creep... and that's why I really love him. Welcome me back if you'd like (or tell me to go away, your choice). Who in the heck is putting up all these "romance" threads anyway? The younger fans?
