Default If the finale proved that Charles got accepted at Princeton...

Would Charles be still in charge of the Powells? Just a thought that I have been thinking through and while Charles got accepted at Princeton, do you think that Charles would

(a) Move on and leave the Powell house.
(b) Still be in charge of the Powells
(c) Seperate from Buddy and leave for good.

What did you think?

I got the impression in the finale that Charles was saying goodbye, not just to the audience, but to the Powells so I assume he left. I actually have been toying with a story in my head about a Charles in Charge reunion story.

Was he going to law school or just transferred to finish his undergrad studies?

I wish I knew since Charles' motive at the end was: show business.

But he had other interest as well....you noticed how he changed subjects rather quickly.

show business?? do you think that cause he directed Sarah's (or was It Jamie's?) school musical? That was just a favor to her. Charles' major was and always was teaching.

And Buddy would have been a changed person, I assume.
