Swedes tied it in the 90th minute and cost me some green.
Suffice it to say, I'm in a foul mood now and I'm going to go take it out on Solomon.

Well, I'm as good as a dead man now.

With the Mavs going down tonight also, 3-Finger Louis' thugs will be knocking on my door to collect real soon.
Monty my brother, can you wire me a couple of G's ??
These dudes play for keeps - I might be missing a few limbs after tomorrow and won't be able to complete our trade.

i hope you didnt wager against my boy, d wade

being a MARQUETTE fan, its great to watch him develope

no one should feel sorry for soccer wager losses

its about the same as wagering if harvey will have a bowell movement

i cant decide whats more lame

hockey or soccer

even the

rock, paper scissors championships last week got higher ratings than the hockey finals

just think how much better the rock, paper scissors ratings would have been , had they been live and not on tape delay

how fitting that canada loves the stanley cup, but it resides in hillbillie land

Yes, it is a shame Lord Stanley now resides in the land where hillbillies and Nascar reign supreme but what's a poor canadian boy to do ? It probably hasn't even registered a blip on our resident Carolinian's radar - A crying shame - but this is Gary Betman's NHL.

Lex, you can turn in your passport now for cheering against the Oilers. How can you not have goosebumps the other night, with the opening montage on HNIC with Nickelback playing in the background - I thougt the boys were gonna bring it back home......

As for hockey and soccer being lame - that's a typical American reaction for something YOU"RE NOT ANY GOOD AT !!! Why is it when you have your a$$e$ handed to you, you have to make fun of to explain your shortcomings? I hope your boys have a better showing tomorrow against tiny little Ghana to save a little face. The World Cup is huge sporting event around the world

I was pullng for the Oilers but without there #1 goalie it was a sucker bet. I give them tons of credit they almost proved everyone wrong. I think there was some additional subconscious frustration vented at the rookie as well as he was from Carolina.

Loren

Next time you hit ALaska stop in Vancouver and hit a Giants game (Canucks suck and too expensive) these 16-20 year olds play their guts out every night and still play hockey the way it was meant to be played. Our Game was much better before Gary Betman came and screwed with it
