For Windows users, the easiest way is to use Office Picture manager.

its already uploaded, just copy the image location and paste it into the url box on your profile (copy the following link and paste it into the Enter Avatar URL: box in the avatar section of the User CP)

i got the original pic from the Jeffersons picture gallery on the show's board, then i sharpened and resized it with the free quick and easy Irfanview

I'm not Roby, but I use a program called "Vicman's Photo Editor" to resize pics into avatars

but you know what though tvresearcher, maybe just maybe if you included original commercials on your avatar, it might magically resize. LOL
