If I was in the emergency room due to an accident in which I'd received gaping wounds or head trauma where they'd have to shave my head, I'd choose the most proficient doctor. Not to mention I'd probably be so drugged up, Gomer Pyle would look good. (Shazam!)
OTOH, if I was there due to a light case of hypothermia (not a dire case, where you're puking, which can be very unbecoming), I'd go with Dr. Joe. Hands down. So to speak. My top choice, which wasn't offered, would be whoever Mark Harmon played on whatever show he was on. (I've been trying to join NCIS the past few years because of him. But the Navy keeps telling me I'm too old, I have no background in that field, I don't know how to shoot a gun & there is no Special Agent Gibbs, it's just a tv show.) |
