problem with loren mission impossible set ALERT ALERT

first time i have ever had to post a problem with a fellow dealer. i acquired a set of mission impossible tv series 41 dvds. if anyone has acquired this set please be alert that the set is not complete . it has all the names and titles but at least 1 show is a duplicate . i have tried patiently to explain the situation to mr weeks but he just keeps emailing me that i am wrong. apparently its a game to him and his " TIME IS TOO VALUABLE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I ALSO ACQUIRED another set (quincy) from him it was missing 3 shows it also had duplicate shows. . he did nothing to resolve that however i had to acquire the shows through another dealer. i know that shows could be short and i am willing to work with him but he just keeps saying there is no problem.. if anyone has the mission impossbile set 41 dvds please check number 165 episode season 7 disc 4 the question is the same as number 104 on dvd 26 . maybe someone else can intervene and help resolve this i honestly can say loren weeks had been excellent to deal with until this problem. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE MOST PROMPT SELLER i dont know why he is being stubborn all i ask is that he be honest .

first this wasnt anything to do with a trade

lie number one--quincy has three problem eps and loren didnt do anything to solve it

bull cookies, i gave this person 5 discs from another set to make up for it

yes that sounds like nothing to me

i never even questioned the claim, i just sent them

it seems this person got me for free discs and now figiures its going to roll again

mission impossible, lie number two

dude emails me numerous times while im gone for the day

and before i even answer he posts on here hes in need of ____

then i read his email and he tells me needs a cerain epsiode #157

so this time i waste my efforts and track it down

woops its there

then he decides, oh no its a different one, thats not the one, its now #165

so i waste more efforts and guess what

the second missing episode is exactly where its suppose to be as well


of course thats not good enough for mr ignorant, the new professional liar

so i tell him ill be gone all week, send me---ONE EMAIL-- WITH YOUR ISSUES, AND ILL LOOK AT IT WHEN I GET BACK

no he insists i didnt look...

he runs the old put words in my mouth and then the cheap threat game comes into play

at this point i repeat my --one email --with whatever issues

so then i get like 6 more, which of course i now have on the ignore list, and will continue to be there

no i dont have time to play imaginary problems today, im getting ready to leave for a while,and i explained this at least 5 times


bottom line

i gave mr liar 5 discs in place of the three supposedly missing quincy eps, as per his claim-- i never questioned it

and i told him excatly where the strange missing ep with the various numbers was for imf

and i dropped him into the ignore file after numerous threats

you can question me, you can call me out, you can give your opinion, BUT I WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY THREAT WHAT SO EVER, i never have and today is not the day ill start


and as far as someone else getting involved and makeing this all happy, forget it

the time for makeing all happy was waaaay before you decided to threaten me and make a lame post about it, i told you where the episode was

i would glady post all the emails here, but thats against the rules, they woudl tell quite a different story, than the original fabricated post

let me reply anyone that has the set mission impossbile 41 dvdsa can check for themselves i will not stoop to mr weeks level of calling names . that will not resolve the issue the PLAIN FACT IS MR WEEKS IS SIMPLY BEING STUBBORN . there is another 'COMPLETE SERIES CALLED TRACKDOWN HE SOLD ME WHICH ALSO WAS MSSING AN EPISODE. I WAS NICE ENOUGH TO SEND HIM THE SHOW TO COMPLETE THE SET. he is right that it was not a trade i actually purchased the set . i guess that is why maybe i expected mr weeks to be more receptive to fixing the problem or at least acknowledging. anyone, that has the set check eps 104 and 165 are the same, mr weeks refuses to accept the fact that he is selling or trading icomplete and inaccurate sets. also please check eps 138 &139 are the same show i dont know why he keep s saying that i am fabricating this and calling me .PLEASE ANYONE THAT HAS THE SET PLEASE VERIFY THIS SO A THIRD NEUTRAL NUETRAL PARTY CAN CONFIRM THE FACTS THAT MR WEEKS REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE.

my next step will be to send google statements through the internet, and i will continue to make this an issue until you decide to resolve it. how can you look at yourself in the mirror. you knwo you are wrong i stated the facts you were an excelleen tperson to deal with un til now. we had a few rpoblems but they were resolved apparently you have decided to fight me on this issue . it is not going to go away. anybody that looks at this forum new or old will see for themselves whenthey get your " complete sets".

is why people need to be patient

if Loren says to check the set and send one email and then he will check it when he gets back in town (which i guess is fair, since he cant check the set while he is out of town)
then that is what should be done, an email sent off with a list of the issues and then give the person the time that they said they need to do so and then let them check it

you cannot just jump the gun and make a big public mess if you have not waited a reasonable amount of time for that person to attempt to fix it for you, furthermore if this is a trading related issue, this is not the forum to deal with that

why are u getting so angry and making threats? didnt Loren JUST restate that he will look at the set when he gets back in town?

i mean if he is not going to be in town and available until a week, then I think you need to give him a chance here and allow him time to look into it

loren said he would look at it when he is back in town, which seems fair and reasonable to me--so why are these public attacks any more helpful than just saying "OK thanks, let me know" and waiting til loren is back from his trip?

They're not. Loren has to have the chance to resolve the problem, but he can't do that when he's out of town. I travel a bunch, and traders have had to wait a few days until I return to get things - it's because this is a hobby, nothing else. Also, the way you try to resolve things tell others who are interested in trading with you quite a bit.

I remember a situation I had with a trader, but it took weeks/months of failed attempts before I posted the details. It should only be of last resort.

My question is that if you were sent 5 dvds as a replacement for the missing episodes, what is the problem. Many of us have huge collections and do ot have time to watch every single episode, I would assume that if you selected 5 dvds as a replacement, this issue should be over.

On one occasion I had a set that I was told was complete and listed it as such. When a fellow trader tokld me about the error I sent a different set to compensate, issue closed. How can you accept the 5 dvds as replacement and then b***h about it?

1. i do know for a fact that loren is going to be gone all week, we had talked about it a week ago

2. if eddie has not checked the whole set yet, it would be a waste of time for loren to try to check it until he is done

3. if loren says he would do so once the set was checked and an email sent with all issues, im sure he would do so at once

4. it is perfectly reasonable for a trader to request a certain amount of time to complete a task such as that

5. public posts like this should be the FINAL RESORT once all other options have been exhausted

6. this type of minor issues does NOT make anyone a bad trader, b/c if an episode happens to be mistitled out of a 40 or 50 disc set it is going to be overlooked

7. this type of post serves no purpose as it does NOT help resolve the issue and only creates hard feelings and causes people not to want to deal with someone who posts so quickly out of anger
