Default Season One Vs. Season Two

I am JUST now watching the DVD set after having viewed most of the first season on TV in the initial run. And the show is just as good as I remember it. I tried and tried and tried to get people I know to watch but they wouldn't give it the time of day. During S2 I moved to a place where TV is only possible with cable so I decided against it, so I was wondering is Season 2 lousy or something? Because I still find this show well written and Joey and Gina are just great (and Micheal) and I find it hard to believe the show gets cancelled( What's the scoop on Season 2 and any idea when it may be released?

I didn't see season two. But I also didn't see very much of season 1. I thought the show was funny but I wasn't interested enough to watch it regularly. I heard they had lots of ways to improve season two but I guess that didn't work out very well.

Weren't both the Addams Family and the Munsters on for only 2 seasons?

I watched the first season DVD last month and I thought it was great. I wish they brought in a former Friends cast member to boost the ratings.

They never did bring in another friends cast member did they? I wanted to watch an episode with another cast member. I probably wouldn't have worked very well. It would have probably just made people want friends back more and it would be to much like friends.

The main problem with season 1 was Joey's Sister

She was a lot different in season 2 but by that time it was too late

Yeah, the reason they didn't bring a Friends character in was because they were trying to get away from the Friends image.
