What is the best computer program to remove commercials from dvd's?

Just to be clear, you do have to "rip" the shows from the DVDs onto your hard drive first. The program I use to remove commercials (which was recommended by someone here) is Videoredo. This program also converts Tivo files from .tivo to .mpg files.
