We should contact WB and ask them to put the reunion movies on the season 7 DVD.

I've got all six. I bought each one the day they hit the shelves. I was one of those kids growing up that thought I was a Duke boy. At age 30, I still watch the old episodes just like when I was eight. Can't wait for that final season...

As for the reunion movies, I lost my copies I used to have so when CMT recently reran the movies, I was sure to record them...

YEEEEEEEEEEE HAAWWWWWWWWWWW!

Default Dukes of Hazzard 7th Season DVD suggestions

I would like Warner Home Video to please put the Duke reunion moves and any other duke related TV and other specials on the final season DVD set. Please tell WB that you want them to do that.

I have all 6 seasons, so far. Season 7 will only have 17 episodes on it, as there was 147 episodes, total. So, I think there would be enuff room left over to add on the 2 reunion movies & The Dukes cartoon series as extras. i sure would like to see this added on to the final season dvds. this would be great and a comeplete ending to the series. Also, season 7 will probably be out in the fall in time for the Christmas rush. My wife got me season 6 for father's day.

Did you know that the Duke farm from the TV series was about to be destroyed and torn down, & when people went back & checked up on the records of the house, they found out that it was used during the Civil War!! Then, it was declared a National Landmark & was saved from destruction!! That's a neat little interesting tidbit of info I found out a couple of years ago. So, as far as I know, it's still standing!!

Default Warner Bros announces Season 7 of Dukes Of Hazzard DVD set but no reunion movies

Quote:
THE DUKES AND GENERAL LEE DRIVE OFF FOR GOOD WHEN WARNER HOME VIDEO RELEASES

DUKES OF HAZZARD: THE COMPLETE SEVENTH SEASON

ON DECEMBER 5th JUST IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS!

6-Disc DVD Collector's Set Will Include Never-Before-Seen Bonus Features

BURBANK, CA - Warner Home Video (WHV) brings you the series finale of your favorite good 'ol boy show with the release of the Dukes of Hazzard: The Complete Seventh Season DVD on December 5, 2006 for $39.98! Cousins Bo, Luke and Daisy are back to root out the corrupt practices of Hazzard County and bring down the slimy County Commissioner in the final 17 episodes of one of America's favorite TV series of all time.

The Dukes of Hazzard first captured viewers in 1979 with its crazy car chases and country style. Over its 7 year run, the series was a fan favorite and a top rated show on the CBS network. The series was rejuvenated in 1996 when TNN, the Nashville Network, began running the classic show in syndication. It is now a cult hit and has even made it to the big screen in the 2005 film rendition of the good ol' boy TV series. The seventh and final series of the show aired from 1984 to 1985.

In Dukes of Hazzard: The Complete Seventh Season, cousins Luke and Bo Duke (Tom Wopat, John Shneider) and their sexy short shorts wearing cousin Daisy (Catherine Beach) race into action and attempt to foil the crooked plans of County Commissioner Boss Hogg (Sorell Booke) and the ill-willed Sheriff Coltran (James Best). The seventh season begins with a flashback episode which gives the full story behind "General Lee," the hot rod car that the Duke family uses for their car races and sheriff chases. The final episodes also feature guest-star appearances by singer Waylon Jennings and pro auto racer Cale Yarorough. The series finale entitled "Opening Night at the Boar's Nest" was written and directed by Dukes star John Schneider.

"The Dukes of Hazzard was a classic television hit that effortlessly combined action and comedy," said Rosemary Markson, WHV Vice President, TV Marketing. "We are delighted to be releasing the seventh and final season of this beloved show for all Dukes fans and those of the next generation."

In addition to all 17 episodes, Dukes of Hazzard: The Complete Seventh Season contains special features including:

* A Tribute to Waylon Jennings
* Behind-the-scenes-look at the making of a new Music Video
* Good 'Ol Boys Music Video featuring John Schneider, Tom Wopat and Catherine Bach perform in an all new music video.

We need to complain to WB about the fact that the reunion movies will not be on the 7th season DVD set. I hope they will change their mind and put the movies on DVD.
