My brother says there was a character named Mr. McFeeley in one episode. Anyone concur? If so, who was he?

Maybe your brother is is confusing the one-shot TAGS character Mr. McBeevee with the name of the Mister Roger's Neighborhood delivery man character, Mr. McFeely.

Mr. McBeevee was a businessman whose car breaks down in Mayberry over a weekend. The townfolk teach him not to be so much in a hurry all the time.

Wasn't Mr. McVeeBee the telephone man that "walked up in the trees" and Andy thought Opie was making him up? That was a really cute episode.
