Some one told me about an UM where a teen girl from the Macomb County, Michigan area headed to Florida in the late '80's or early '90's, & was found dead, ?In or near Florida? I've always watched UM & don't remember it!! She would be from around my area & I'm sure I would have heard about it. I can't find any info at the library or online. If anyone knows about this, please reply. Thanks.

Well, I'm from Michigan as well and I've seen about 95% of the cases Unsolved Mysteries has profiled. That one doesn't ring a bell. Maybe it was featured on another program.

Sorry that one doesn't ring any bells for me either... maybe some more details would be helpful.

The only case I could think of is the teen who went missing from a small community in upstate New York. As soon as she turned eighteen, she fled and went missing. This girl I'm talking about was later seen at a NKOTB concert.....
I could be wrong, though. Just a thought. Cheers |

The facts about the case are correct if you're referring to Nixon, but the main difference is that Nixon was missing from Ausable Forks, New York.

Thanks for the info. Like I said, I was told about it. I asked the person who told me, she's sure it was Michigan. But I remember the Keri Lynn Nixon story from New York and I think maybe she is confused in it. She couldn't remember anything else about it, but will ask some girls she knew back then & will let me know if they can help. This is an awesome site. The people here are so knowledgeable! My friends thought I was warped for watching UM, but find they are taping it off Lifetime!
