Photo editing question - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

How would I blur out -- using pixels, or something else -- faces of people in totally clean photos? For example, to protect identities when I post pics here.

I use Paint.Net You just use the square or oval tool highlight their face and press the Blur tool.
