I am-- and usually am glued to the FOod Network-- but TLC has this new show called Take Home Chef and he helps people make the MOST delicious meals. Caramelized Baby Bananas with Almond Brittle, Chicken & Sweet Corn Soup, Salad of Lightly Poached Mung Beans, Shoots, Sprouts & Sesame Fried Tofu-- they are just a few of the things he makes...sound delicious?

Well tell me Caramelized Baby Bananas with Almond Brittle doesn't sound good and you're kidding yourself....plus, if you must know, the chef is kind of cute which is another reason I am addicted.
