I thought some of these under Oregon were funny:

Ice cream may not be eaten on Sundays.

What are they gonna do if they catch some kids eating ice cream? Take the ice cream away?

One may not bathe without wearing "suitable clothing,"

Like, tell me, what in the law enforcement's minds is suitable clothing? Unless they mean while swimming in a pool or at the beach, that I can understand. But, in one's own home, it's like, yeah...okay.

This one in New York, I thought was kind of strange.

The penalty for jumping off a building is death.

Like, wouldn't that happen to a person anyway? I mean, you jump off a building, what do you expect to happen?

Also the law:

A person may not walk around on Sundays with an ice cream cone in his/her pocket.

What is it with Sundays and ice cream? I never thought an ice cream cone could cause such trouble anywhere. That's messed up.

I once heard it was illegal in Texas to not know the words to the Texas state song, "Deep in the heart of Texas".

And in Oklahoma, I once heard that if you commited a minor misdemenor, you got released from Jail after 2 days with the promise that you had to visit Country singing legend Vince Gill in Norman and sing with him one of his songs.

How ironic.
