I am finally going to be able to see Roots - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I have always wanted to see Rich Man Poor Man and Roots. I will be watching the first part of Roots tonight. Always heard so much about it and now I can see it.

Both of those were great mini-series. I watched them when they originally aired. It was like the whole country was caught up in it. It's to bad that doesn't happen anymore.

I agree. "Roots" was the granddaddy of all mini series, and a major TV event. It's been a long time since I've seen it.
