Default Do you think the only low point of the show was when

Alice house was featured? I was kind of bored when the scene shifted to Alice house. I enjoyed the show when they were at the Diner

for the most part wasant as funny at alice;s house but one ep that took place mostly at her house is one of my all time faves .the one where everybody is trying to give up ther bad habits and so they spend the night at alice;s house that was a funny ep.

I didn't mind them showing her place at all. It was nice to move away from the diner from time to time. What I didn't like about Alice was her singing. No offense to any fans, but I hated her voice.

I have to agree about the singing.

And though I prefer the scenes in the diner, I didn't mind ones outside it.
But Alice's house is one of those outside places I liked least.

Question ....

ALICE's singing was awful
and it was so ridiculous that she would puruse a singing career
she was not attractive and had a bad voice

ALSO i never understood how FLO got to be the town slut

FLO was gross and made Alice look hot!

how desperate was this town if FLO was the town ho???

i wouldnt touch her with a 10 foot pole!

I didn't mind scenes in Alice's apartment, my favorite was Mel's 50th birthday. He went with Alice to her apartment, and when they went inside he rushes in and says Aha!

I didn't mind when they showed Alice's house. The only parts of the show that bugged me was when Alice sang, and when she played the part of Mrs. Walden Vera's Landlady. Actually, Alice is my favorite sitcom of all time. Also I liked Jolene the best out of the 3 choices.

For Alice to pursue a singing career was kinda crazy, but how many people think they can sing and pursue a career in music? The fact that she didn't become famous for her singing on the show is a testament to the fact that she didn't have a great voice.

Yet, Linda Lavin did sing on broadway didn't she?

as far as Alice's house, I was more disappointed at Flo's trailer. That thing was tiny. No wonder Flo spent time with men.

One of my favorite moments was when Mel visited Alice's place and her and Tommy were watching a mystery movie. An argument breaks out and Mel leaves, only to open the door and yell, "The uncle did it!" That was funny.

Linda Lavin is a fabulous singer. She really pumped me up with her singing of the Alice theme.

Alice was very attractive. You're obviously one of these Pamela Anderson-obsessed kids that will ensure the world will go to hell in a hand-basket.
