It should more like 10pm to 2am, so I probably can only see half of the mini-thon

I'm SO happy Benson did well! Yay!

But didn't Carol Burnett and Flip Wilson do well in THEIR marathons and then flop... same for a few others?

Hopefully it continues to do well during the regular airings. I LOVE Benson. Up until this past weekened I had barely seen any of it. Ten times more hilarious than I ever thought.

I am very glad to hear that Benson did well in the ratings, but I'm really not surprised.

That's good news, I was afraid it might have problems, but I guess I was wrong. The marathon exposed the show to new viewers.

I'm glad it did well. I didn't get a chance to see much of the marathon.

Hopefully this will encourage more people to vote for it get on DVD. It's getting harder to see the classic sitcoms in syndication anymore

It seems as though the mini-marathon is a chance for viewers to watch the rest of the week's episodes in one night. After four episodes air (Tuesdays through Fridays) they re-air encores for the rest of the mini-marathon.

So, if you do not feel like waiting till ten o' clock every day, then you can watch, tape, and/or DVD record all of the episodes all at once.

It is a good idea in my opinion.

I'm glad TVLand is giving us the marathon, I only hope that they don't stale it out by having countless marathons like they do for Good Times. I would like to see Benson on for an hour.
