Was it really necessasry to have PENNY hanging around J.J's Friends?
Why couldn't producers cast someone her age so she could have a boyfriend or some girlfriends. It looked very dumb for her to being play cards with a bunch of grown men for COOKIES!. Maybe she wouldn;t have annoyed me so much if she was used the right way on the show.

Wasn't JJ watching her while Wilona was still at work? She hung out with the Evans instead of being by herself in Wilona's apartment.
