sony said they're not releasing any more seasons because apparently it didn't sell as well as Seinfield pissed:

i have a feeling that seasons 2-8 will be released sometime though, with Sony or not.

some shows just don't sell that well on DVD so it may never be released. I beleive shows that still air in syndiction and on cable do much better in sales just because there in the publics eye.
