I have to go with the Banks on The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air.

collar guy (with a complexion to match?), Gomez was a wealthy lawyer. Yes,
they were eccentric--but they had an excuse: they were rich.

I would have to say at least one of the wealthier would have to be Maxwell Sheffield (The Nanny). Sure, the Howells may have been richer, but it's not like it did them any good where they were!

Me too. Especially the way Janet Hubert-Whitten dressed on the show. She dressed classy from head to toe. It definitely reflected how rich she is. Plus there was a butler but the Banks' remained real and down-to-earth. They were a likable family.

Frasier seemed quite wealthy on Frasier and as barwars said, Niles, when married to Maris, would have been quite rich.

Also, Jim Ignatowski from Taxi, when his father died and left him several million dollars.
