Is PSC ___ Box _____ the same as a PO Box? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I got a trade with someone and that is how they sent there address. Obviously there was numbers where the ____ are. I have never seen PSC before, is that the same as a PO Box? I tried searching stuff on it but couldn't find anything.

I think PSC stands for Postal Service Center. It might have to do with some type of military type thing, but I'm not sure.

After checking, I believe it's "Purchasing Service Center", but I don't know the difference.

either way its a service center of some sort. I checked out the town because I thought it had a funny name and it is a military area.
