Is it assumed that Carl and Florida got married...
in Chicago? and then went to Arizona? I can't see Florida getting married far from her children. Even though it was sad she moved away from them.

They definitely got married in Chicago, because in part one of the Evans get involved, Florida and Carl were on their way to Arizona.

THEY MOVED TO ARIZONA BECAUSE THE WARMER CLIMATE WAS BETTER FOR CARL'S HEALTH.
