Oh Kobe Bryant's wife does the same thing, if she needs to go potty, the bathroom has to be cleared before she goes in.

That's probably true of some, but there are many celebrities who are wonderful, down-to-earth people (the ones that I like, for instance.)

I'm a huge fan of the Bee Gees - Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibb - Maurice sadly died 12th January 2003.

But these guys are EXTREMELY down-to-earth, Maurice the most - it was said of him that he could talk to anyone, a duke or a dustman, and treat them exactly the same. Barry and Robin are the same; they're really, really nice, and always take time to talk to their fans.

Then there's the Beatles...John was just great, as were Paul, George and Ringo.

Buddy Holly was a really nice guy...and Kelsey Grammer seems very intelligent and well-spoken and nice. Michael J. Fox...again, seems a very nice, down-to-earth guy, and I like his work in research for Parkinson's Disease. Christopher Lloyd...in my opinion, a very talented actor, and very shy, so he doesn't do many interviews, because he feels uncomfortable talking to people he doesn't know well - but has been described as intelligent, quiet, shy and gentle.

My view on celebrities (particularly ones such as the Bee Gees and others I've mentioned) is that they're special people who I think deserve to be respected and admired for their great contribution to our lives. These people have made such an impact on me; the Bee Gees have produced such great music - sometimes they make me cry, sometimes they make me feel extremely happy. I'm all for celebrity worship!

AND THE CHARACTER OF FRASIER CRANE ROCKS!

Also, because a few of the famous people I like have died (some terribly early) I've always been very aware that they're not going to be around forever and I think we should cherish them while we have them.

Everyone, make the most of Barry and Robin Gibb while we still have them - Maurice and Andy (the boy in my avatar) have already died. They're not going to be around forever. We need to make the most of them.

Anyway, I think the Bee Gees and all the other celebrities I listed are fantastic, wonderful, great, amazing, talented people (and the same goes for others, who I haven't mentioned.) They've enriched my life greatly, and I'm so grateful that these people were born! The world is/was a better place for them.

I don't believe there's such a thing as too much money.

And, although I'm a Christian, I don't believe that the love of money is the root of all evil. In the Conversations with God books, that I'm reading, God says that it's okay to love money.

I am not fond of any celebrity who is a snob and acts like the whole world should revolve around them (and, in turn, treat their fans like they are beneath them). If I even find out a celebrity is an ass, I'll stop liking them as a person.

Thank god Jake is (by all accounts) friendly and down-to-earth and makes sure his fans know they are appreciated

Actually, I started drinking pepsi a lot more because, in the Back to the Future films, Marty McFly drank it. Okay, Marty's not a celebrity, since he's a fictional character, but Michael J. Fox, who played him, is.

And as for Doc...Doc's my favourite character! Doc is great! I've love a friend like Doc! I'm going to try to get into an alternate reality where these characters are real people, so then I can meet them and go time-travelling with them.

I'm influenced by celebrities sometimes. But that's okay, because the ones I'm influenced by are intelligent, level-headed, down-to-earth, friendly, kind, excellent people. Robin's a really good guy.
