So i was jumping on the trampoline with me rotc buddies and i landed the wrong way on my ankle and now i have a splint cast and crutches (sp?). (incase you don't know what a splint cast is it's like have a cast with ace bandages.) Sign my cast or die. haha just kidding

not really.

I feel like a baby because my dad has to carry me up any type of stairs. heh.

Ouch! I've sprained both my ankles before, but never THAT bad. You poor baby!

Just stay off it and if it starts throbbing, put an ice pack on it.

I've sprained my wrist REALLY badly -- twice -- so I can sympathize. I honestly think sprains are worse than broken bones. It takes maybe 6-8 weeks for a broken bone to heal, but it can take 16 or more weeks for a sprained limb to heal completely and even so, there is still that issue of the limb acting up when the weather changes. If my wrist starts aching at night, I put on a wristbrace and go to sleep with it on.

Don't overwork your sprain!! I hope it heals quickly.

Hell, I'm not going to let it ruin me. I'll probably be outside playing tommorow. Not jumping or running, mind you, but outside...HEY IT'S SUMMER! I HAVE TO ENJOY THE WEATHER!
