The EPAC season began on May 15th...
They also had an early one(May 17th formation date) last year. Gonna be a long season in the Atlantic. Looks like it will be well above average again, though it's not *predicted* to be as bad as last year... but they also said 2005 wouldn't be as bad as 2004.
