okay, does anyone know how to record from their microphone that comes with the computer? I know to go to "sound recorder" and can seem to record, but when i try and playback...can't hear it...what am i doing wrong?

Maybe the microphone is plugged in the wrong spot on the tower in the back. That happened to me too. Try that and see if that helps. If not that, maybe the volume might be low.

I have never taken the time to really see if that was my problem or to fix it or anything, so I don't know much more about it. I would recommend reading about it in your soundcard's manual, if you know where it is, or searching for an online FAQ or troubleshooting thing at your soundcard's maufacturer's web site. |
