I know Hulk Hogan never pinned him, but I think Ric Flair pinned him when Flair first came to the WWF in 1991.

Yes it did. The NWA was my favorite in the mid-late 80s. To me, the WWF jumped in the late 80s.

Hulk Hogan did pin him in WCW.

By that time Hogan was a heel in the NWO and Pper was a babyface. At that time, both were out of their primes and the matchup had worn off. Didn't Hogan get outside interference from the NWO members help to pin him though?
