Thumbs up Other Websites?

I don't know if this topic has been discussed already ( probably has, no doubt ), but I was wondering about what other websites you guys visit daily besides this one.

Since I am a self-proclaimed movie-buff ( more so a sitcom fan) I visit movieheadlines.net ( the best for movie news) aint-it-cool-news.com, and darkhorizons.com. Then I go to other specific web sites that are focused on one film. For general entertainment, I visit eonline.com.

A lot of what I do is online racing with NASCAR Heat. So I got to a lot of heat-related sites to check for updates, new cars, tracks, add-ons, stuff like that.

I also check TV listings at TvGrid.com, and I got to candystand.com to play a few of their shockwave games.

I usually visit www.TVGrid.com about everyday. I also check into www.Startrek.com every other day or so to see what's new. I frequently have cause to go to the Internet Movie Database as well.

Other than that there aren't any particular sites that I visit religiously. It depends totally on my mood. Lately I've been checking out alot of X-Files and Star Trek sites, but next month it'll probably be something totally different.

Sorry, but I am a big Star Wars fan. Never really a Trekkie, though. But I can say I cried when Spock died in Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan.

(Warning, i'm about to do a plug here...) For your daily dose of Star Wars news,go to www.theforce.net

Forgot one. My friends do a wrestling radio show although their site is never updated because of the guy who runs it. It's a great radio show though!

How about Dorks?

No I'm just messin' with ya. I like Star Wars as well, but I am more interested in Star Trek. All my friends are either Star Wars fans, Star Trek fans, or both, and sometimes we get in really stupid arguments like "Which would win in a fight? The Enterprise-D or a Star Destroyer?" This argument lasted like, a month. Really. No joke. I am not afraid to say that we are a bunch of big fat NERDS!

But being a nerd is so fun. The Lone Gunmen are my nerdy TV heros (old school, that is, on the X-Files. Not the way they were on their own sad show.) GO NERDS!, lol.

Oh I should add....I used to visit the LATE, the GREAT, Direct Hit at www.dailyradar.com everyday. This was, WITHOUT a DOUBT, the most consistently funny web page in existence. Sadly, it has gone the way of the dot com graveyard, but I think the page is still up, they just aren't updating it anymore.

When you go to the page, the site is basically about video games. But if you click on the part that says "direct hit" you'll be sent to the funny part. They always had these theme weeks full of silly stuff, like Boredom Week, Drunk Week, Simpsons Week, Fashion Week.

Seriously, I laugh my *** off everytime I go there. Look around, there is tons of silly stuff there!

Yep, we are pretty much dorks..., but aren't we all?
And of course i'd say any Star Destroyer would beat any Enterprise ship. Just like Obi-Wan would kick Kirk's ass anyday...

But I love The Lone Gunmen too. It's really too bad their own show didn't do very well. It's always nice to catch reruns of The X-Files on FX with them in it though.

Yes the conclusion we ultimately came to was that a SD would kill the Enterprise. But ya have to remember that the Star Wars universe is farther in the future than the Star Trek universe, so their technology is more advanced. Also, the Empire's ships are built by an empire consisting of millions of worlds, where as the Enterprise was built by a Federation of about 150 worlds.

I think that a Borg cube, especially one with the Queen on board, could kill a SD.

And would Obi-Wan kick Kirk's ass without the Force? Because I think the Force is cheating
