Which shows in your opinion were bad that they lasted more seasons than you would've expected because they're just terrible.

I think The Flying Nun is one of them, should've been cancelled after 1 season.

The X-Files: I think the series began to go down hill in the sixth season. And it lasted nine seasons. Seasons 1-5 are excellent but seasons 6-9 were not very good.

Star Trek: The Next Generation: Should have ended after the sixth season and not the seventh season. Season seven is pretty bad.

7th Heaven.

I am so pissed off that show picked up by the CW, and some of my favorite UPN shows got canceled because 7th Heaven, had to clud up their timeslots.

The Simpsons should go away.

Seinfeld stayed on a couple of seasons to long.

Soul Train should have ended in the early 80's. I know it is not sitcom, but it was so much better in the 70's.

True. I gave up a while ago on that show.

Despite having two decent series finale episodes, I think both "Will ANd Grace" and "That 70's Show" should have bowed out earlier.

Things were never the same on TSS when Topher Grace and Ashton Kutcher left.

W&G relied too much on guest star cameos.

Happy Days - they should of ended it when Ron Howard and Donny Most left.

Laverne and Shirley - the California episodes never should have been made.

The Drew Carey Show's last few seasons were subpar.
Charmed stayed way to long
Roseanne lasted a season to many

"The Drew Carey show" should have ended when Winfred-Louder was bought out. It wasn't the same after that.

"Friends" should have ended when Chandler and Monica got married.

"MASH" should have ended when Radar left.

Dont forget about Dallas Knots Landing and All in the Family Night court.

Falcon Crest, Dallas and Knots Landing all should of ended one season prior to their last. Dallas was very good up until the end but lost too many important cast members. Falcon Crest had a horrible final season. What a mess that was. Knots Landing was still good, but it should of ended when Joan van Ark left.

That '70s Show and Happy Days are all good examples of what should of ended when core cast members departed.

7th Heaven should of ended this year, too. Poor Everwood ...

still running, but it should have ended after it's 12th season, The Simpsons. Three's Company is another one. By the 8th season they were way to old to be sharing an apartment.
