because you're like always on the computer??

Sometimes people tell me that, especially my sisters and sometimes my parents.....in a way it hurts me because it's an insult, obivously, and I just hate it when my family is mean to me.

Well next time somoene says you have no life, say that-"You don't have much of OUTDOOR LIFE but your INDOOR life is very satisfying and you can care less". So some people have OUTDOOR activities they Like and some people have INDOOR activities they like. You can say that also.

Yeah, but I don't care. You do what makes you happy and keeps you entertained. And if that's chatting with people online, then so be it.

I never heard anyone tell a teenager who spends hours on the phone thell them that they have no life, and it's essentially the same thing.

Yeah, but in a way I do have no life. I basically have 3 people that I hang out with IRL and that is just fine for me.

I don't have much of a life these days. I've been hurt and let down by too many people I've considered "friends" over the years that I just don't trust people any more.
