Default New Time Slot

What's Happening will be moved to lunchtime (12noon) next week according to the latest release from TVLand. Cheers will also retain its timeslot behind What's Happening. I wonder what prompted the move. I still would have preferred them to switch it out with a few months of Whats Happening Now since they acquired both shows.

In all honesty, I don;t care that it was moved because I have all 3 seasons on DVD and I don;t think i can watch another cycle of what's happening since it only had 3 seasons

Yepper, totally...
I, too have the whole DVD set of WH and that new time slot doesn't really matter to me either. Besides, some of us have to work for a living, and we can't make the noon hour thing to watch TV anyhow... Hmm.
All due respect to those who are fascinated with it, though, who don't yet have WH on DVD, ya know.

Yeah really, huh? LOL I (surprisingly) concur w/ya there on this one, TVResearcher.
I'm totally ready for a whole new lineup anyhow, such as the forthcoming Benson, Jeffersons and (perhaps SOMEDAY soon) What's Happening Now!!.

"Repeat offender" shows such as Leave it to Beaver, Brady Bunch and the like, they NEED TO GO. Period... (YAWWWNNN....)

Oh you can bet your sweet bottom dollar that I'm gonna be at that forum, TVResearcher...
I've begun to buy the Jeffersons on DVD, even.

As it is, THIS particular forum (WH) has kinda died with activity. There's not much more to tell, aside from what has already been discussed repeatedly, thousands of times over, yet...YA KNOW??

Anyhow, two things about the WH thing that'll NEVER change, as far as this lady is concerned:
1) The constant anticipation of WHN on DVD in the future (soon OR down the road, not TOO far down hopefully), and I'll not rest until it IS on DVD
and...
2) My longtime & steadfast admiration and full respect for my fellow brat example, Dee Thomas (Danielle/Dee Spencer). THAT WILL NEVER DIE.
Never.

I couldn't care less; as I don't watch WH & I'm starting to get tired of CHEERS. Besides, who wants to sit around during the day and watch TV?

Double AMEN to that one...

Even on any days off that I may take during the work week, I rarely get to watch any sort of TV. It's just as well, too, b/c TVLand's "revised" TV schedule SUCKS altogether.
I'm telling you all right here & now, if they don't shape up their lineup soon, they will have a hard time in remaining a channel. I'm serious and being for real on this. They've already lost my overall interest, anyway...

TVLand will be taking Whats Happening off the schedule as of next Wednesday according to the latest release of information from the administrators. I still stand to my guns that TVLand needs to air Whats Happening Now immediately after Whats Happening and it would keep the show fresh. With the acquisition of 227 and Benson, What's Happening Now would fit in perfectly as they are all 80's shows.

Well it' time for them to take it off because it got old fast due to the number of seasons. Since i'm unable to go to tvland message boards, I can't ask the tvlink why what's happening now is not being shown
