hey is anyone here from MA taking MCAS, cuz i am and they just started and its going to be a long boring two weeks! least we dont have basically any hw... or is there other people who have to take state wide test?

Im not from MA... im from Jersey and i had to take the IOWAS and the COGATS... Next year its the IOWAS and the... GEPAS... yeah thats it.... Then i go too high school and its over, iowas that is... i dont know what high school has to torture me with!

acctually they are spreading it out between 3 4 5 for a change so I took 4th last year and am taking 5th this year

We had to take the GEPAS when I was in 8th grade..I remember our teacher had an accent and called them the "Geparrs"...it was funny....
did you have to write a paragraph about the lady with the baby on her shoulder? Mine like that was about how "I wonder if this is the right decision, selling my baby on eBay?"

I have to take a test called the Standford 9. Then i have to take my high school exit exam and we just took the Golden state exam.

Im taking the MCAS, but there is only one more week of it. Im taking the 8th grade one. We just did section 2 of the math part today. Good luck to the rest of you taking any tests they can be hard sometimes.

I'm from MA but I don't have to take MCAS because I go to a Catholic school. Some of my friends had to take them though. We had to take the IOWAs and COGATs. What part of MA are some of you MA people from?

only 2 more days of MCAS!! i live in a sub-burb of boston and i also live like 45 mins. away from me, myself and i!FolFanatic151 where in MA are you from? and Camberige Baby, how is ur MCAS? i am also taking 8th grade, all i have left is social studies...o yea and they messed up on the english portion they wrote John Madison instead of James

I'm from western part of the state in the Springfield area. I was looking on a road map to find out where Dracut was cuz that's where I'm playing in my softball tournament over the weekend and then I got into looking at the rest of the state and it shows like how many miles away a bunch of major cities are from each other. I'm like 90 miles away from Boston and like 40 or 50 miles away from Worcester.
