Angry Julie and JC Part II

Well, Comcast gave two new episodes last night. I was excited because the first episode was Julie and JC Part I. Julie brought home the drunk as her Christian project and the episode ended. I figured the next episode was Part II, but it ended up being a rather uneventful episode about Ann yet again going out with some guy. I hope Comcast brings on Part II.

Does anybody remember what happens in Part II? What makes Julie leave the Jesus group? Does the drunk steal stuff or something?

The drunk turns on her. Julie is devastated. I thought that he stole something but can't remember for sure. By next ep, she is back to her old self.

In Part 2, Julie is determined to turn the drunk (Mr. Claggert) around and gives him a Bible to read. Ann doesn't trust this project, but agrees to let Julie help. Claggert stays overnight, and Ann fixes him breakfast the next morning. While Ann is busy in the kitchen, Claggert secretly takes out his bottle of liquor and pours it all over his pancakes--and then just drinks the "syrup"! Claggert acts as if he has changed his ways, but he really hasn't. Ann must go to work for a few hours, and the girls also decide to leave the apartment later, leaving Claggert there by himself. However, Julie feels as though she can trust him, as he is busy reading his Bible. With everyone gone, Claggert steals some small items from the apartment, including the toaster. When Julie and Barbara return, they discover the items missing and receive a phone call. It's Claggert on the phone--calling from jail. He wants Julie to bail him out. Julie goes down to the jail to see Claggert. He wants Julie to say that he was given those items and that he did not steal them. Julie--with her new-found religion--doesn't want to tell a lie. Claggert starts to get upset and begs her to at least get him a drink. She refuses, which makes Claggert get extremely upset. He yells at her to get lost and take Jesus with her. Julie yells back, telling him that she's trying to help him and that he needs God. Claggert continues to yell at her, as he is taken away. Julie feels devastated. Ann then shows up and comforts her. She tells Julie that maybe trying to help Claggert may do him some good some day. Ann says to Julie that it's important for her to stick with the basics of what she found in her religion. Julie feels better, and they both go home.
