When the social worker started questioning Willona about Mr. Bookman, Willona should've asked, Why are you asking me about the janitor? Didn't Willona think it was weird that a social worker would be asking her about Bookman?

They only made it like that so Willona can throw the cake in Bookman's face for comic relief. Much like James whipping Eddie. He didn't have to that. But they wanted the infamous James Evans temper to take over. |

Willona did act ridiculous in that scene. I actually watched two of them last night. Bookman's suit was hilarious, lol.

What is stupid first of all (blame the writers again) is that the social worker and the social agency are fully aware that Willona is single. She even mentions it. So why would the social worker just take the word of a man and begin the interview with Willona as if she is married? Doesn't it make sense for her to have said, "Excuse me Ms. Woods, but I was under the impression according to the paperwork you filled out that you are single?"
