I think the name was Emory. The case aired the other afternoon and the last update shown was from 1994, when they confirmed that a skull found in the water was the girl's. It was still up in the air whether the guy jumped or simply fled.
Have there been updates? I always thought both of them did jump. What do you guys think? |

Again, probability. Trying to assert they faked the jump or that he bailed while she jumped, or was pushed, whatever, is a stretch to the point I'd estimate at least 100 times more unlikely than estimated by those who propose it. Really I'd like to put several more zeros on the end of that 100 but the point is made. My standing offer, mentioned earlier in this forum, is a lifetime supply of Whoppers to every board member if Adam Emery is found alive. No cheese. I despise cheese. |

I think that Adam is probably dead as well. I wonder if the earlier bones they found could have been his and the medical examiner was in error when he estimated the height of the male it belonged to. They pointed out that he seemed annoyed at how much the bill was at the sporting goods store and why would he care if he was about to kill himself. Its a valid point but the guy just came across as a creep and it probably didn't take much to annoy him considering he killed a man who he thought had bumped his car.

medical examiners can and have made mistakes. I am not saying this is the case here, but just pointing this fact out.
