Question Ever have a crush on a co-worker?

I met my husband at work, so I guess I can say yes.

Anyone else? Crystal had better weigh in on this thread.

Yep, I dated two managers from the place I used to work at....I used to be engaged to one of them.

Anybody who's ever worked with or taught Janice, look out!

She's got a crush and she knows how to use it.

Funny you brought this up.... I was just thinking the same thing!

Anyway....

Same thing I said in the teachers thread - I just thought a couple of male co-workers were cute but that's it. I never tried approaching them because they are instructors, and I am a computer tech.

I do confess that my eyes light up whenever I hear of a new tech or workstudy around my age who joins our crew. Such as....I found out a workstudy tech in our building just began working with us last week, and I think he is a cutie. I will delve into digging around and noticing him to get more of a sense before seeing what can happen.

Apart from that - there have been a couple of male students whom I have crushed over. I mean, like, huge crushes. I approached them both but got nowehere. One was gay, and the other wasn't into dating. But I feel "dirty" and "guilty" whenever I walk through the computer labs and just sorta scope for the cute guys I am interested in approaching....

I have a crush on one of the men I work with now. The bad part is that he is old enough to be my father!! He is just so good looking that I can't help myself. UGH!!

Talking School

My crushes were mainly in school on other students in my class and/or another class in the same school. I still think about them even today.

LOL story of my life.

But yes, I have had my share. Im so over Darryl , and Ive really liked this guy named Curt since December or so. Hes 25 and is really nice! Hes kinda quiet so I always have a hard time trying to talk to him. A couple people at work have made comments here and there about us, but I think its all coincidence.

I worked in an office building for a construction company my senior year of high school and had a huge crush on one of the shop workers named George. I had one of my friends in the office talk to him for me and found out that way that he had a girlfriend.

I also met my boyfriend at work last summer.

Yes, I worked with my ex. Managers caught on that something was going on and put us on different days.

Yes. I worked at this grocery store and my hormones were flipping. This guy was really cute and we'd flirt. One time I was taking a break outside and this girl is sitting next to me; she tells me 'I'm so and so's gfriend' that kinda broke my heart.

When I was in High School and part of College I worked in a sporting goods store in New Jersey. We had lots of employees over the years, so there were plenty of cute girls to hang out with at the register.
