Default Why does it seems like all restaurants have these choices for beverages?

Coke
Diet Coke
Ginger Ale
Sprite

I never hear that they have flavors such as Grape Pineapple, Orange, Rootbeer, or Mountain Dew

Never understood that

Mountian Dew wouldn't be with the Coke since Mountian Dew is a Pepsi Product. As long as they have my Diet Coke I am fine.

Grape Pineapple, what about Orange Apple

Cheers to that.

I doubt they have all those other strange flavored drinks, because I doubt they would sell very well. I do see rootbeer often enough, though.

It's partly a regional thing. I've NEVER seen Ginger Ale as an option where I live. I do always see "Dr. Pepper" listed as a choice here. Good thing because I love Dr. Pepper.

I remember when I vacationed at Huntington Beach and San Diego in 2002. Man.... I was appalled that some restaurants I visited had NO Dr. Pepper. I wasn't happy....What was up with that?? But yeah, that would be something regional.

I forgot to add Dr. Pepper to the List

I have only been to a few restaurants that didn't have root beer. I love root beer.

Unfortunetly, alot of places here don't serve Coke because they only have "Pepsi Products". For some reason they always have Root Beer, though.

My big issue is with places that only have Minute Maid Lite lemonade and not regular lemonade. To me that's like serving only diet pop and for someone who doesn't drink carbonated beverages and doesn't like the lite lemonade, that gets on my nerves.

Most restaurants also have iced tea.

They always have unsweetened, but I assume they have the sweet kind too.

That's what I have when I go out. I do know the restaurants around here have Mountain Dew because I used to have it all the time.
