With California having power blackouts and high electric bills, I was wondering if the electric company in other states has what we have here. We have what is called Budget Billing where you pay the same amount every month. You can run the a/c all you want and your bill will be the same each month. I pay $92.00 each month and no matter how much electricity I use, the amount I pay when the bill comes is always the same. Before I got on it, I was paying $130.00 a month average.

My electric company, PG&E milks us for all it's worth. But mind you, I live in California. The most expensive place to live in the world right now...
