I may have misspelled the name, but this was the lady featured on the Ghosts DVD Disk 1. I am currently getting the series via Netflix (great service!). I can't help but think the woman who gave the detective the information overheard the orderly telling another person what happened. She worked with both people and it does not seem unbelievable that she might have heard something or even seen the girlfriend adorned in the Taracita's jewelry. I was surprised the segment did not even toss the possibility out there.

Anyway, I suppose your hypothesis is within the realm of possibility. However, why would the co-worker's husband lie about the whole thing? Not only that, but as a fan of the ghost segments (and currently residing in mildly haunted living quarters) I guess you can just call me a believer, so to speak.

That would be correct, although I must admit to looking on the DVD packaging to make certain that was it. In any event, the Grace Brown segment is just before this one on the DVD so I am usually so fascinated by that one that I skip Voice From The Grave.

I think his wife may not have wanted to be "the accuser" so she faked hearing the voices from the grave.
